REMAX Earth Day 2019
REMAX Earth Day 2019

On Saturday, April 13th, RE/MAX Cayman Islands was proud to be one of the 125 teams of nearly 2,000 volunteers across Grand Cayman who removed tons of garbage from the roadsides and beaches as part of this year’s Chamber of Commerce Earth Day Clean-Up. 2019 was the 21st year that the Chamber of Commerce has put on this important event that brings the entire community together to clean-up our island home.

“Cayman is a very special place and one that I am proud to call my home,” commented James Bovell, Owner/Broker of RE/MAX Cayman Islands. “It is important to our community, environment and ecosystem that we clean-up our island to ensure our habitats remain intact for wildlife on land and in the sea. It was great that the Chamber also provided blue bags for recyclable items this year.”

“Our picturesque Cayman Islands are a beautiful and wonderful place to live,” added Kim Lund, Owner/Broker of RE/MAX Cayman Islands. “People from all over the world come to visit and live in Cayman, so it’s important to keep our country clean and to protect its crystal clear waters, amazing coral reefs and sandy beaches. It’s key to keep Cayman clean for our children, visitors and residents.”
