RE/MAX Cayman Islands Welcomes New Sales Associate Furius Whelan

Furius Whelan has been an active member of Cayman society since he moved to Grand Cayman in 1998. A hairstylist by trade, Furius has a keen eye for creativity, design and style that translates well to interior and exterior design concepts in real estate. Furius joined RE/MAX Cayman Islands in 2021, choosing to work for the #1 real estate brand in Cayman.

In addition to the many clients and friends he has worked with over two decades living and working in Grand Cayman, Furius has been no stranger to the charity scene, contributing significantly with his time and personality to Miss Cayman, Truman Bodden Law School (gala host), Movember Cayman, Cayman Boxing and MMA events, beach clean-ups and volunteering 8 hours a week for over four years at Black Pearl Skate and Surf Park, teaching young people how to surf. Through these many experiences, Furius knows the right person to contact to get any project through to completion – a massive help when purchasing a new home or investment property.

“We love Furius’s dedication to charities and he will fit perfectly into our efforts at RE/MAX to support our local community,” commented James Bovell, Broker/Owner. “He joins our incredibly talented and dedicated team of agents, which is now at 26 agents strong.”

“Real estate is about building long-term relationships with clients and customers,” added Kim Lund, Broker/Owner. “Furius’s previous experience with many clients and friends over the last 20 years in the Cayman Islands will undoubtedly lead to a successful career at RE/MAX.
