RE/MAX Cayman Islands is proud to announce its newest agent to join its team, Sheila Siegel.
Born and raised in New York, Sheila has spent most of the last 30+ years in Santa Barbara, California. After obtaining her Broadcast Management Degree from the University of Florida, Sheila traveled west to head management at several different radio stations. Buying her first home at 25, her interest in Real Estate was piqued and she became licensed in 1988. In 1989 Sheila opened a Mortgage Brokerage, followed by a Real Estate company in 2004. Sheila’s clients include Owner Occupants, Investors, Asset Management Companies, Developers, with her largest listing client being the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Sheila has served 3 terms on the Grievance Committee for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and has been involved in dozens of real estate rehab projects, including ground up construction.
Sheila began coming to Grand Cayman in 2003, and quickly knew this was where she wanted to live someday. As an American, she can navigate you through the ins and outs of buying and selling in Grand Cayman, and how that differs from transactions in the US.
Sheila Siegel brings extensive real estate, financing, construction and sales experience to RE/MAX Cayman Islands, kicking off the end of her first week at RE/MAX Cayman Islands with $8 million in new listings.
“RE/MAX Cayman Islands prides itself on developing a team of extraordinary real estate agents,” added Kim Lund, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Cayman Islands. “We have agents who started with us 28 years ago and Sheila is a great addition to our strong, successful and dedicated team.”
“We are thrilled to have Sheila on board at RE/MAX,” commented James Bovell, Broker/Owner at RE/MAX Cayman Islands. “She brings a great sense of passion and energy to the office and she will be a great addition to our team of 18 agents.”
