Nick is a career property professional with 25 years in the Real Estate industry, 15 years of which conducted in the Cayman Islands, spanning Sales, Property Valuation, Land Acquisition, Property Development and Asset Management. Armed with a comprehensive understanding of the Cayman Real Estate market Nick has a wealth of knowledge acquired from his many years of experience in the field and can provide sound Real Estate advice on any transaction be it sale or purchase, development feasibility and disposal, property leasing, asset management and everything in between!
Although clearly passionate about property, outside of work and spending time with his wife Kadie and children Seb and Max, Nick enjoys playing Cricket – in which he has represented the Cayman National team – and trying to better his handicap on the golf course!

Vicki is a born and bred Zimbabwean, mother of 2 who has been living in the Cayman Islands since 2000. She has worked in the Property Industry since 2012, working as a Property Management and Rental Agent, and now as a member of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA). Her expertise and local knowledge of the Cayman Islands is a great benefit when searching for your future home.
Vicki thoroughly enjoys helping others. Growing up she always knew her mission was to be of service to people. She is fully committed to the level of care, integrity and exceptional customer service that goes into the home buying and selling process and how it plays a significant roll when helping others achieve their respective goals.
